Need help, what do I do with this black screen at the bottom?

If you have a specific Keyboard/Mouse/AnyPart that is doing something strange, include the model number i.e. If you have a hard drive that is making a weird noise or is failing, please include the Model Number, when you started using it and any other details such as "I dropped it" or "It is brand new".
