Has anyone taken first line treatment noted in the bible post empirically i.e. without actually doing the tests and going solely by symptoms and ruling out UTIs common STIs?

Can Hypertonic pelvic floor cause White granular / globular discharge in pee intermittently. This is sometimes accompanied with blood and preceded with lots of discomfort and desire to pee with not much volume. Once it passes feel normal for a period of time. Also itchy vagina / vulva
