Something and somehow (me?) keeps frying the garage door control board. In conjunction with this I'm using an external relay board, powered from the garage board's accessory output, to close contacts 16 (Input CLOSE) and 17 (COMMON) with the NC relay. Could the relay board be the problem?

Electric chainsaw won't start. This is a corded chainsaw, I've checked the button and there is continuity when pressed. On the motor side the brushes are good and I don't see any burns. So maybe the problem could be the yellow capacitor but I don't know how to check it. Any suggestions?
